Cancellation Policy
Individual Consultations: Cancellations and Changes
You may change or cancel your booking free of charge up to 3 days before your appointment. After that, a fee of 3,000 yen will be charged.
General Courses: Cancellations and Changes
You may change or cancel free of charge up to 3 days before the course. After that, no refunds will be given for changes, cancellations, or absences without notice.
Professional Training: Cancellations and Changes
Before you start watching the preparatory videos
- Up to 2 weeks before the training: Full refund
- Up to 1 week before the training: 50% refund
- After that: No refund
After you start watching the preparatory videos
Once you have started watching the preparatory videos, no refund will be given. However, you may transfer to another training date once within one year.
Refunds
If you paid by credit card, the refund will be made through your card company (the timing of the refund depends on your card company).
If you paid by bank transfer, the refund will be sent to the bank account you specify. We will cover the transfer fee.
If an individual consultation, course, or training is canceled by the organizer, a full refund will be given.
